Your Second Visit: Consultation

Regular office visits and adjustments throughout treatment

One set of retainers after treatment is complete

If appliances are lost or damaged due to misuse, additional replacement fees may apply.

Insurance & Payment

We accept assignment of benefits for most insurance plans to help reduce your out-of-pocket costs. If your plan does not allow assignment, we are happy to file claims on your behalf for reimbursement. Please let us know of any changes to your insurance coverage so we can update your plan accordingly.
